We are looking for an enthusiastic Deputy Stock Manager to assist our Jascots brand by maintaining the accuracy and integrity of stock through the effective management of the Company’s Stock Control processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Production and maintenance of stock control KPIs
- Maintain accurate stock location records through regular checks. Audits and stock counts
- Working with the wider Supply Chain Team ensure optimum stock profile, reducing waste & improving customer service levels
- Carrying out stock investigation’s and resolutions
- Running of stock takes in line with the company’s financial timetable Organise and lead the wall-to-wall stock count process alongside the Warehouse Manager, through to completed reconciliation, final posting and publishing the executive summary
- Responsible for all accuracy and compliance with goods inwards process along with the business speed to shelf targets.
- Responsible for the accurate receipt of returned goods and their speed to shelf
- Processing of return to stock credits
- Responsible for producing stock shortages detail for sign off by Warehouse Manager on customer orders
- Provide location availability/storage accuracy/movement reports to the wider business
- Provide regular and ad hoc stock reports as required
- Support the implementation and ongoing use of the new Warehouse Management System as the company’s SAE

**Requirements**:

- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Ideally at least 3 years relevant work experience in stock control, supply chain or a related environment
- High level of numeracy and literacy to be able to report on and investigate/analyse stock discrepancies
- Fork lift truck (reach/Counterbalance ) - beneficial
- Experience working with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Warehouse Management System (WMS) essential
- Comfortable communicating at any level throughout the business and externally

Working Environment
- 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday
- Office-based only
- Ability to travel between warehouse and head office locations
- Working collaboratively across all internal teams and liaison with external agencies and teams at Group level
