Breakfast Cook

As the Breakfast Cook at Tara Lodge you will be assisting the Head Breakfast Chef, taking responsibility for the preparation of breakfast which will be freshly cooked for each guest and be of only the highest standard; Breakfast is the most important meal of the day after all

- Be responsible for stock control and ordering of food
- Be flexible to work closely with other staff departments to ensure the best possible service for guests

Your key responsibilities will include all aspects of assisting a busy breakfast service whilst maintaining high standard in taste and presentation. You will ensure the smooth running of breakfast preparation and exceed expectations to ensure that breakfast will be a highlight in any guest’s stay.

This role is open to those with a passion for cooking, you do not need to be qualified, you just need to enjoy cooking and work well as part of a team. Flexibility is a must to facilitate weekday & weekend hours, working early shifts.

Working pattern is 4 days per week over a 7 day period;
Monday - Friday 7am - 11am

Saturday & Sunday 8am - 11.30am
