**Overview**:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Weekend Receptionist to join our team. As a Weekend Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our sales reception during the weekends.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Book motorhome hire customers onto the system, take payments and confirm ID
- Performs data entry, typing, photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

**Skills & Experience**:

- Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners)

Please note that this is a weekend position. The working hours are Friday & Saturday, with some Sundays to cover holidays and rota changes for the team. Friday and Saturday is 8.30am, until 5.30pm, and Sundays are 10am until 4pm.
