Stock Coordinator
Northampton
£25k + 10% Bonus
Irlam Associates are proud to be representing one of the UK's largest wholesalers & distributers of drinks supplies to support in their search for an experienced Stock Administrator, to join their team at their new site near Northampton to manage the integrityof all stock control and availability of products across 000's of SKU's for the delivery of very well-known products across a vast array of customers.
Monday-Friday. 40 hours a week.
Key Responsibilities:

- Accurate entry of data and maintaining the integrity of stock in the warehouse in WMS
- Performing Cycle Counts/Re-Counts/Audit Counts on a daily basis
- Fully investigate and report accurately all short shipments/discrepancies in the warehouse
- Ensuring any stock issues and anomalies are flagged
- Other admin work as required on an ongoing basis, including order processing and enquiries
- Responsible for managing the Hold and Release process
- Identify and escalate any potential operational risk Investigate and improve stock accuracy and order discrepancies
- Ensure order and stock discrepancies are dealt with in a timely manner and escalated where appropriate
- Batch reconciliations and traceability Performing tasks within WMS to maintain correct inventory levels
- Compiling monthly reports to account managers and clients
- Performing tasks within WMS to ensure customers' orders are shipped as expected
Key Skills:

- Previous Stock Control/Stock admin experience
- Team player who can also work on their own initiative
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working with WMS (JDA Dispatcher/Red Prairie/Discrete) - required
- Flexibility in approach to work and shift patterns
- Flexibility within the role to cover all areas of the Stock/Goods In department functionality
- A high level of attention to detail with the ability to manage own time to achieve daily targets efficiently and effectively
- Excellent problem solving and investigation skills
- PC literate with a strong working knowledge of MS Office Packages
