**In your role as Investment Portfolio Associate you will make a meaningful and valued contribution from the outset.**

***

**This role will provide a great opportunity to join the ISA department, who are responsible for the construction and implementation of the investment strategy and providing investment advice to stakeholders across the DB and DC sections of the scheme.**

**What you will be doing**

***

**As a trusted part of the ISA - Investment Strategy & Advice you will be responsible for**:
***
- **Support the Strategy Delivery team in the ongoing delivery of the DB and DC asset allocation solutions, including portfolio rebalancing and changes to the target allocation liaising with other teams as necessary.****:

- **Production of portfolio analysis and supporting the development of new insights to help stakeholders across the organisation improve their understanding of the portfolios****:

- **Support and advances the scheme Portfolio Management Software (Jacobi) and assists in its ongoing development as well as the development of other tools****:

- **Alongside the wider ISA function, assist in the development of existing and new initiatives to evolve the asset allocation process across the entire portfolio**
**About you**

**To be successful in the role you will have**:
***
- **Broad understanding of multi-asset portfolio management interest in investment matters across multiple asset classes (e.g. LDI, equities, credit and private markets, derivatives) including drivers of risk and return****:

- **Excellent analytical skills - able to pick up new and challenging concepts (quantitative, statistical and qualitative) and able to provide clear solutions****:

- **Willingness and ability to investigate and develop new ideas and investment strategies****:

- **Ability to deliver high quality work under constrained timelines****:

- **Strong data analysis and programming skills, experience with Python preferred****:

- **Attention to detail with the ability to identify issues prior to wider communication***
