Head Hunted Recruitment are working exclusively with an award winning business who are one of the largest in their sector and boasting a strong market presence, the company are in the process of hiring an experienced Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join their growing Marketing team.

The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will coordinate & support the company's team of UK sales agents achieving individual and collective agreed targets and objectives. Produce & analyse sales reports and feedback results to the senior management, sales and marketing teams.

**Sales & Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities**:

- Proactive office based contact for the company's sales agents
- Support and drive sales activity through sales agents. Keeping them well motivated and informed. Providing marketing support to enable them to focus on sales targets.
- Ensure sales team is equipped with all available information and marketing materials to maximise performance levels.
- Act as a point of contact, a source of information, and a go-between the sales and marketing departments to convey information quickly and accurately
- Coordinate forecasts by item for sales territory's by trending current sales achievement and planned promotional activity.
- Keeping departments aware of Promotional Activity & pricing for Wholesalers/Specific Customers, tracking activity.
- Keeps track of end of line /clearance products
- Track Out of Stocks and keep departments and agents informed.
- New Products - arranging information and samples to agents
- Monthly sales breakdown by area
- Top customers by territory monthly
- Key Stockist Activity
- Specific customer reporting monthly
- Inputting as and when required
- Organise and record showroom bookings
- To be a Super User of CRM system and deliver training to relevant staff
- Ensure CRM company contacts and records are kept up to date and relevant departments aware
- Update customer activity/meeting notes
- First point of contact for any changes to customer contacts/addresses.
- Evaluate activities set and prepare reports to communicate results to relevant personnel
- To assist IT with ongoing reporting and requirements on CRM

**Sales & Marketing Coordinator Skills and Experience**:

- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to communicate confidently and effectively at all levels, both written and verbal, face to face and telephone calling
- Ability to plan and organise workload to meet tight deadlines
- Innovative and self-motivated
- Ability to confidently engage with all levels of personnel internally and externally
- Increasing awareness of marketing activities - both traditional and online.

This is an office based position and comes with an excellent salary of £25K - £26K per annum DOE.
