The company is a well-established who are market leaders in the fibre broadband telecoms sector. Your role as a Fibre Supervisor will be responsible for looking after the fibre build and will lead and supervise teams of people building the fibre builds.

**Key responsibilities for this Fibre Supervisor role**:

- Supervising gangs
- Working on fibre builds
- Providing audits and reports
- Provide support to the team and seniors
- Travelling to sites to support the gangs

- Working on major fibre build projects
- Supervising gangs on fibre builds
- Audits on fibre broadband builds
- Fibre supervising
