Milk Delivery Roundsperson

Cotteswold Dairy, a family business with 85 years’ history is looking for a motivated, reliable roundsperson to join the delivery team at the Cheltenham Depot. The successful applicant will have a clean UK driving licence, with a passion to learn and develop; and experience of - or a willingness to work - night shifts, weekends and bank holidays

**The Roundsperson Role**

As a representative of Cotteswold Dairy, quality and customer service will be at the heart of this position. The successful applicant will deliver milk to our residential customers and enjoy building solid customer relations. You must be reliable, confident, and able to communicate effectively while being a team player. You will deliver excellent customer service and be able to work early mornings, four nights per week including Bank Holidays

Key duties will include:

- The delivery of dairy and dairy related products to residential customers
- The operation of electronic handheld units for ordering and invoicing
- The loading and unloading of Company vehicles

**Roundsperson Working Hours **†

Full time, 40 hours per week (rostered average). Night-time hours through to morning as required. The majority of 4-day rounds operate Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. In order to comply with the Working Time Directive, this will be averaged out over a period of 26 weeks

Start times vary based on the individual rounds, however most rounds commence between 2300 and 0200. As with most driving roles, this position is job + finish.

You will have a positive attitude, and have a keen eye for detail; be reliably able to commute to work at the shift times indicated, and be flexible to work the full shift pattern
