Production Operative

**Monday - Friday**

**Week 1 - Days - 7.00am - 3.30pm**

**Week 2 - Evenings, Monday to Thursday 3.45pm - 1.15am and Friday 3.45pm - 7.45pm**

MYM Recruitment are delighted to be working with our existing Bellaghy client who are a leading producer of high quality substrates for both professional and amateur clients. Due to ongoing demand they wish to recruit **Production Operatives** for an immediate start. The role will involve working on the production line to meet the demands of the business and ensure that all orders are completed on time.

**Key Duties/Responsibilities include but may not be limited to**:

- Operating packing machines to the expected Health & Safety guideline.
- Meeting set targets whilst working on the production line.
- Taking on increased responsibility during night shifts.
- Ensure the effective implementation of a production quality system.
- Ensure implementation of company health & safety policies & procedures.
- To comply with all quality standards.
- Familiarise yourself with all relevant operational procedure and comply with all instructions.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained to a high standard.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Ideally have 1 years’ experience in either production or construction sector or have some sort of labouring background
- Should be hardworking, honest, and reliable.
- Should be very hands on and be able to work as part of a team but also use own initiative.
- Comply fully with all Health and Safety policies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.50-£12.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
