Training Instructor

Main Responsibilities
Here at 2 sisters food group we are looking for enthusiastic confident members to join the training team. You will be a huge part of the journey our new colleagues will take, from their first day of the induction program, including training and support in the production areas, training out procedures, bulleting and Team briefings. A full training programme will support you, but confidence in classroom delivery using PPT and MS Office products, along with Shop floor briefings is required.

will need to be enthusiastic and confident
- Must have good spoken and written English, other languages a bonus
- Must be able to present using PowerPoint and use O365 Applications
- Deliver weekly Induction
- including associated paperwork - taking photos, checking Share code and Passports.
- Scanning Induction documents and associated record keeping
- creating Employee Folder, A-Z and updating Matrix

**Salary**: £11.66 per hour
