Community Connector

We are looking to recruit to the position of Community Connector and Wellbeing Officer who will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with the CVFSE sector, residents and community champions, workforces, and strategic partners to deliver a coordinated, integrated and place-based approach to service delivery.
Working in the community as part of the team you will support and empower residents and organisations ensuring they feel connected, supported, safe, healthy, and able to access the right services at the right time and place for them.

The successful applicant will be required to undergo security checks as part of the Baseline Personnel Security Standard for accessing Government records. This will include an Enhanced DBS check.

**Salary**: £24,496.00-£26,845.00 per year
