£10.55 per hour

An opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Supervisor for Mary House.

We are looking for someone who can organise their own workload and carry out all essential maintenance and testing required in a timely manner, working closely with the management team and all staff teams.

This is a challenging and varied role which includes a range of duties incorporating daily, weekly and monthly checks in various areas including the hydrotherapy pool, emergency lighting, fire safety, nurse call alarms. Whilst also maintaining a smart appearance to all internal and external areas including pathways, car parks etc. and liaising with external contractors, vehicle inspections, driving, DIY tasks and routine jobs in and around the home.

Relevant experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
