**Duties Include**:
- Providing prompt and satisfactory responses to customer inquiries.
- Generating sales quotes and contracts, while effectively negotiating terms with clients.
- Maintaining records of sales activities and creating sales reports.
- Carrying out sales activity, proactively reaching out to both new and existing clients.
- Developing sales action plans and strategies to achieve targets.
- Maintaining and updating the sales team customer database.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and develop strong client relationships.
- Ensure clear instructions are provided to the purchasing department where non-stock items are required for client’s orders.
- Performing general sales administrative duties as required.
**Key Competencies**:
- Demonstrated engineering competency.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation abilities.
- Effective time management skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve sales targets.
Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8am-4.30pm and Friday 8am-3.30pm on site, 5 days per week.
Allstaff is operating as an Employment Agency for the supply of Permanent and Contract staff employed directly by the hirer.
