Physiology Administrator

This is a Band 2 Apprenticeship role.

The Physiology Administrator, works closely with the Physiology and Respiratory Teams to ensure the delivery of a high-quality service. The apprenticeship will be delivered using a blended model including face to face, self-directed online working; work-based learning and support sessions with an identified mentor.

The post-holder will need to have a good telephone manner, basic keyboard and interpersonal skills. They will need to act as a point of contact for patients/carers, providing information regarding appointments and resolving or triaging queries appropriately.

The Respiratory Medicine Department is an extremely busy department with a total of twenty staff in addition to the Admin Team of five. We are a lively, happy and friendly team who pride ourselves on our motivation and work ethic.
