**The Role**:
Regen Solution are currently looking for an experienced Carpenter to carry out maintenance works In the Social Housing sector.

The majority of the work will be day to day reactive repairs in occupied/void properties in the Hounslow area.

This is a temporary to permanent position with a van & fuel card provided immediately.

Main duties include -- Carpenter
- General repairs / day to day repairs
- Lock fits/repairs
- UPVC
- Painting & decorating, patch plastering, tiling
- Basic plumbing knowledge would be beneficial

Social Housing experience, full tools and a UK driving licence is essential for this Carpenter role.
