Site Utilities Manager (Days Based)

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Site Utilities Manager to join an excellent Food manufacturer in the Lifton area.

With no day ever being the same the Site Utilities Manager role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class manufacturing environment.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Managing a team of multi skilled shift engineers as well as contractors.
- Establish and implement an effective PPM schedule across the shifts for site utilities, including boilers and chillers.
- Focus on Continuous improvement activities, utilising Root Cause Analysis, to implement cost savings and ensure production efficiency.

**Knowledge, Skills & Experience**:

- Previous Experience in Management / Leadership in a similar role.
- Effluent Plant and Industrial Boiler
- Degree in Engineering or Apprentice trained - Electrical / Mechanical.
- Food manufacturing / FMCG experience would be highly advantageous.

**Package and Benefits**:

- 50,000 DOE
- Hours: Monday - Friday Days based
