Job Introduction
The Senior Insights Executive role will sit in the Insights Team at BBC Studios, whose purpose is to use audience, consumer and customer insights to support decision making across the business.

Main Responsibilities
**_ At BBC Studios we seek people who are passionate about who we are and what we do_**
- Solid insights acumen, an ability at unearthing insights through utilizing all methodological approaches with the ability to speak to consumer & content trends impacting the entertainment landscape
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative research - comfortable managing both and knows how to execute research projects from the ground up
- Ability to analyse and interpret data by utilising a variety of sources including performance measurement and research data, with strong knowledge of third-party market intelligence and research tools
- Able to utilise insight to drive positive commercial outcomes
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with internal partners, across a range of departments
- Capable of multitasking, delivering at pace, and working to tight deadlines
- Collaborative working approach, that spans the need to work alongside senior stakeholders, local and global insight peers, the wider BBCS departments, and external customers
- Possesses an understanding of the media sector and BBCS competitors, and the relevant in-depth knowledge of evolving content industry trends and issues
- Persuasive communication skills both written and verbal, vital to drive the implementation of actionable insight
- Some experience using TechEdge or other global TV rating software beneficial but not essential
- A self-starter that also loves working in a team and wants to avoid a silo environment
