What to expect:

- Instilling a sense of teamwork, collaborating closely with the wider P&H team to produce freshly prepared lunches for pupils and school staff
- Adhering to all safety guidelines including Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policy
- Keeping a clean kitchen environment
- Working with efficiency to maintain requirements over busy lunchtimes
- Completing requirements for food service at occasions such as meetings and sports events
- From time to time, your role may adapt slightly but your core task remains the same; delivering the highest quality of food and service to pupils, ensuring that the offering is innovative, fresh and delicious.

What you’ll need:

- A versatile, outgoing and people focused way of working, able to match our values
- Basic Health & Safety knowledge - a Food Safety L2 certificate would be fantastic But not essential
- An interest in food preparation and cooking
- The ability to work the hours listed and be able to easily commute to the location

This role is:

- 37.5 hours per week - with no late nights
- Working 34 weeks per year based around term time - what could you do with all that time off?
- £10.42 per hour
