Coomber Security Systems are an NSI Gold and BAFE approved company, who are looking for an experienced Administrator to join an existing team on a job share basis, based at Blackbrook Business Park.

**Key Requirements**
- Good understanding of word, excel and outlook
- Able to use databases (Training on our bespoke system will be provided)
- Professional telephone manner
- Good attention to detail
- Good organisational skills
- A can do attitude is a must
**Key Responsibilities**
- Working as part of a very busy admin team
- Answering the phone
- Processing Invoices both electronically and paper based
- Scanning important documents into the Database
- Passing faults to Engineers
- Setting up new accounts for customers
- Creating Contracts for customers when required
- Updating of basic spreadsheets
- Other Ad Hoc admin duties as required
This role is offered on a part time permanent basis as part of a job share to increase our administration capacity and so is offered on Wednesday and Thursday, 8.30am to 5.00pm and Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm with 30 minutes for lunch.
