**To be considered for this Trainee Welder role you will need the following**:

- **Previous experience** within a production environment
- Be able to carry out **manual handling duties**:

- Have good communication skills and understanding of English, written, and spoken
- Have good **attention to detail **and work to **a high standard**:

- Be motivated to learn and develop within a welding role

**This Trainee Welder role with involve**:

- **Learning every aspect of welding within the factory**:

- Working on **various stages of production** as and when needed
- Handling raw materials
- This company is **based in Blandford**, **the shifts are Day shifts,** **Monday 7am to 5.30pm & Tuesday to Thursday 7am to 5pm.** The role is **temporary to permanent** and the pay rate starts **at £11ph and reviewed following probation**
