Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sports Coach to join our team. As a Sports Coach, you will be responsible for providing coaching and guidance to athletes in various sports disciplines. Your role will involve educating athletes on the fundamentals of the sport, developing their skills, and fostering a positive and supportive team environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver effective coaching sessions tailored to the needs of individual athletes or teams
- Teach athletes the rules, techniques, and strategies of the sport
- Develop training programs to enhance athletes' physical fitness, agility, and endurance
- Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to athletes to help them improve their performance
- Organize and supervise practice sessions, competitions, and tournaments
- Monitor athletes' progress and make necessary adjustments to training plans
- Ensure the safety of athletes during training sessions and competitions
- Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and fair play among athletes
- Collaborate with other coaches, trainers, and support staff to create a cohesive training environment

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge and experience in sports coaching, with expertise in one or more specific sports disciplines
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey instructions and provide feedback to athletes
- Ability to motivate and inspire athletes to reach their full potential
- Strong organizational skills to plan training sessions and manage schedules effectively
- Patience and understanding to work with athletes of different skill levels and ages
- Ability to adapt coaching techniques based on individual learning styles
- Knowledge of injury prevention strategies and first aid procedures

We offer competitive compensation based on experience.

**Job Type**: Freelance

**Salary**: £30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 per week

**Experience**:

- Sports coaching: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
