Tyre Technician

**Tructyre**has an exciting opportunity for a **Tyre Technician** to join the team based in **Preston.**You will be joining on a **full-time permanent basis**and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of**£32,000 per annum OTE**.

Our mission is to De-risk Britain’s Fleets by offering complete, commercial tyre management to our nationwide client’s. This includes tyre maintenance,tyre supply and 24/7 rapid emergency assistance.

In the UK our team of 600 colleagues work across a warehouse network, regional depots, and our customer experience centre to take care of our customers.

Tructyre’s team of keyworkers have kept Britain’s fleets moving, helping make essential deliveries during the pandemic. As a result, we are looking for as a result, we are looking for an experienced Commercial Tyre Technician to service our customers vehiclesand keep them on the road.

**About theTyre Technicianrole**:
Working from our Local Depot, our **Tyre Technician** will be our customers go to when they need to keep their vehicle’s moving, by repairing and servicing our customers tyre's when they need it most.

**Your responsibilities as ourTyre Technicianwill include**:

- Carrying out planned and ad-hoc tyre maintenance; Re-treading, Re-grooving, fitting etc
- Liaising with customers and internal support teams to plan servicing and maintenance of our clients’ tyres
- Providing a rapid response service to customers within your depot area
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations and policies when conducting all Tyre related work

**What we’re looking for in ourTyre Technician**:

- Experience in working with commercial tyres; fitting, replacing, and servicing commercial tyres
- Comfortable in travelling as our technicians are truly mobile and operate across our customer’s sites and attend to rapid response work within their geographic area
- Having a passion for customer service and taking pride in keeping Britain’s vehicles moving and minimising the impact tyre issues have on their vehicles
- A full UK driving license prior to starting with us
