**About Our Client**:
This organisation is a leading provider within their sector. They are well known in the market and have sites across the UK. They are looking for someone to share in their business ethos and assist with recruiting excellent people who can provide a high standard of service.

As a Recruitment Consultant you will have a series of responsibilities which include but aren't limited to:

- Act as a first point of contact for Clients, and accurately recording their expectations for the role, the pay and the benefits being offered.
- Proactively and consistently strive to obtain new business opportunities
- Identifying and progressing new business leads as required.
- Ensure Clients receive excellent customer service and ensure queries are dealt with promptly
- Regular client visits and contact to ensure future business opportunities
- Provide clear guidance on terms and conditions
- Ensure the correct mandatory training is completed beforehand
- Compliance with regulations and other statutory legislation

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Knowledge of the sector would be advantageous
- Ambitious, driven and determined
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to maintain good working relationships
- Excellent organisational skills
- Previous recruitment experience
- Current driving licence and a willingness to travel when required
