Medical Writer

**Medical Writer | 12 month Contract Inside IR35 | Fully remote with occasional office visits | £18.80/hr paid to the Umbrella Co.**

**Overview**:
We are looking for a Medical Writer with expertise in Good Pharmacovigilance Practice (GVP). Must excel in crafting SEQS safety documents for pharmacovigilance activities and possess strong document architecture skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Document Management**:

- Develop and maintain clear, concise procedures and resource documents.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of content within related documents.
- Coordinate with MQO for editing, quality checks, and data integrity reviews.
- ** Document Architecture**:

- Design and implement clear and regulatory-compliant document architecture for SEQS safety documents, including procedures, required tools, and resource documents.
- ** Document Control**:

- Launch templates and manage document metadata.
- Track status, milestones, and associated documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as technical writing or life sciences.
- 3+ years of experience in technical writing with a focus on GVP-related documents or related roles in a pharmaceutical or biotech environment.
- Experience using Veeva QualityDocs or other electronic document management systems (EDMS) preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
