**Job description**

Thyme & Tides deli is a thriving business on the busy A30 in Firsdown, Salisbury. We have a passion for great products, fantastic service & always look to drive the business forward.

**Your duties will include**:
**Duties**:

- Oversee and manage weekend operations in a fast-paced environment
- Assist the manager in daily tasks and decision-making
- Coordinate and supervise staff members during weekend shifts
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed

**Till operation**:

- Scanning & weighing relevant products
- Checking customers’ ages for restrictions on items like alcohol
- Taking payments and processing coupons / vouchers

Weekend Supervisor

**Skills**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role preferred
- Knowledge of catering, coffee
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with composure

Join our team as a Weekend Supervisor As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations during the weekends. If you have previous supervisory experience in the hospitality industry and possess excellent organisational and leadership skills, we want to hear from you.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: £11.00-£13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 18 per week

- Management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
