Bar/restaurant Staff

Join our growing team at the White Hart Hotel in the restaurant and bar. We offer competitive rates of pay.

We are flexible with what hours you can work, preferably weekend availability. We are looking for over 18's for the bar and 16+ for the restaurant.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers or events
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Monitor alcohol consumption and enforce age restrictions

- Previous experience working in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation is a plus
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills
