Our brand strategy division is one of our fastest growing divisions and our strategistsoften work on core positioning projects — including brand messaging, naming, and logo development work — and then transition to executions of that positioning with a special focus on website relaunches and creative advertising campaigns.

**Duties**:
- Develop strategic positioning and messaging documents for both new and existing client brands
- Coordinate with our visual branding and account teams to develop brand strategy slide decks
- Lead stakeholder interview sessions to uncover insights for use in brand strategy development
- Conduct focus group sessions to uncover additional insights
- Write copy for brand strategy documents and expressions of that strategy (such as new websites)
- Oversee or help implement specific messaging for client platforms or channels
- Work on agency council teams with others from PR, advertising, and digital disciplines
- Translate client branding asks into actionable briefs and scopes of work
**Requirements (unless you convince us otherwise)**:
- 3+ years in brand strategy work
- Experience working with multiple clients in an agency setting or multiple brands in an in-house setting
- A strategic thinker who can see the big picture while also paying attention to the details
- Ability to act as a lead interviewer and primary strategist at client meetings
- Ability to communicate strategies in written and visual form
- Ability to write persuasive prose that inspires and enlightens
Desire to be part of a high performing team and pitch in to help other team members when needed
