**Core Duties**
- Undertake initial client consultations and garden surveys
- Create garden designs working to clients’ brief and budgetary guide.
- Costing the design builds using ‘Liberate’ estimating software (with support as needed).
- Client presentation of the design and quotation.
- Working mainly from our office near Canterbury but with the possibility of some home working.

**Other Duties (according to experience)**
- Project management - overseeing delivery of your designs.
- ‘Hands-on’ work eg. planting, pruning or other skilled tasks according to your skill set.

**Attributes we are looking for**
- The ability to create imaginative and deliverable designs in 2D and 3D using CAD design software. Vectorworks is preferred but not essential
- A good plant knowledge to facilitate creation of appealing and site/client appropriate planting plans.
- A recognised garden design qualification.
- Professionalism and a good work ethic, allied with a personable manner.
- Experience of, or an appetite to develop in the role of estimating and project management.
- Some ‘hands-on’ landscaping or gardening experience is beneficial.
- A full driving licence and own reliable transport (car).

**Salary**: From £34,000.00 per year

- Landscape Architecture: 1 year (preferred)
