Nursery Practitioner

To work with 2 - 3-year-olds

Monday -Thursday 8.30-3.30

Friday - 8.30- 12.30

Permanent contract
- 50 weeks of the year contract with 2 weeks closure at Christmas. Annual holiday entitlement throughout the year.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated person to work as part of a team supporting the provision of Early Learning and Childcare for children aged 2-3 years.

Applicants MUST be qualified to a minimum of SVQ 7 Childcare training and should be registered or eligible to register as a Nursery Practitioner with the Scottish Social Services Council, the professional register for early education and childcare workers. Without this qualification you will not be considered for the position and will not progress through to the interview stage.

Seashells Nursery is registered with the Care Inspectorate and is a partner provider of pre-school education with Scottish Borders Council. We are a member of Early Years Scotland and strive to be an equal opportunities employer.
