**Position**:Life Ready Coach

**Hours per week**:30 hours

**Job Role**
To Deliver transformational activities and dedicated coaching and support to young people in Norwich. Deliver 1:1 coaching session and holding and managing a case load._ _

**What youll need to succeed**
You will have experience of engaging with young people and adults from a variety of different backgrounds, with experience of running small group sessions and activities with young people. It would be great if you had a Coaching qualification, but not essential as there may be an opportunity to work towards this within the role.
