**Role Overview**:
As a Sports Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting students who have difficulties managing their emotions and behaviour. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in delivering sports coaching sessions aimed at promoting physical activity, teamwork, and positive social interaction among students.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Planning and delivering engaging sports sessions.
- Assist in managing behaviour and ensuring a safe and inclusive environment during sports activities.
- Provide encouragement and positive reinforcement to students, promoting confidence and self-esteem.
- Collaborate with school staff and external parties to support the holistic development of students.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working with children or young people, ideally in a coaching or a mentoring capacity.
- Passion for sports and physical activity, with knowledge of a variety of sports and games.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues.
- Patience, empathy, and resilience when working with students facing emotional and behavioural challenges.
