**ESOL Co-Ordinator - Monday - Friday (36 hours per week) Salary - £43,000 per annum - Holiday Entitlement - 36 Days + Bank Holidays**
We are recruiting for a brand - new role at Hertford Regional College (HRC) as an ESOL Co-Ordinator, joining the English Department to help deliver an outstanding learner experience and be inspirational to students at the state of art facilities in the Broxbourne and Ware campuses.

About The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to support the expansion of ESOL provision helping facilitate the integration of people into communities. As the ESOL Co-Ordinator you will be responsible for the operational management of adult ESOL courses. Through actively participating in the recruitment and retention of students contributing to the overall growth and success of the department.
This unique role offers a teaching element to help students achieve more confidence and fluency with their English language skills through delivering ESOL courses with a mission to prepare and support students to accomplish their personal goals or progression into further education and employment.
About You
You will be able to demonstrate experience of developing and maintaining strong partnerships with external organisations and the wider community. You should have experience in coordination or administrative role within FE setting, coupled with a professional teaching qualification and ideally relevant teaching experience.
This role will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has great attention to detail and enjoys interacting with people from a wide range of backgrounds and cultures. Flexibility is required as courses run during the day and evening.
