We are looking to recruit a Phlebotomy Receptionist across Basildon and Thurrock University Hospital and Southend University Hospital. As a Phlebotomy Receptionist you will be responsible to lead and take responsibility of greeting patients entering the department, booking all patients in and giving advice and information for specimens and samples. You will direct patients to appropriate areas of the hospital, provide general assistance to the Phlebotomy team and provide a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone.
