This is an opportunity for the right person to join a close-knit, innovative and friendly employment team, working with our client base of multi-national companies, public sector organisations, SMEs, healthcare providers, schools, colleges, charities andsome individuals, and to work in collaboration with our HR consultants, working in our out-sourced HR consultancy practice.

**As the Commercial Solicitor, your key duties will include**
- Handling delicate legal frameworks around commercial disputes
- Representing stakeholders in a legal setting in a professional manner
- Deal with SME, manufacturing, infrastructure, and sustainable energy cases
- Completing casework and reporting to upper management
- Meeting and observing client case information
- Delivering reports, outcomes and cases to a fast-paced turnaround deadline
- Must have a keen interest in commercial law
- Can be newly qualified upwards
- Be willing to learn about sustainable energy, construction, infrastructure, and manufacturing issues
- Must have good dialogue and communication skills for inhouse and stakeholders interactions
- Being a team player is essential for the role
- Experience in court litigation process essential
- Integrity is of paramount importance for this vacancy
