**Telesales Sales Adviser** - Evening & Weekends

Boiler Sure has a well established customer base is in the private sector with over 15,000 customers in the Central Scotland & North of England area. Our main business is in the servicing and installation of gas central heating boilers and associated products.

Due to increased demand, we are looking for an experienced Telesales adviser to help with the sales for central heating boilers to join our existing team.

You will also be able to demonstrate a proven track record in your current role.

**Responsibilities**
- Offer customers the most advanced products on the market with the very best guarantees
- Offer credit finance offers to allow every customer to enjoy the best for their home

**Skills Required**:

- Making outbound calls and engaging new and existing customers
- Achieve sales targets
- Proactively seek to maintain, improve & demonstrate industry knowledge and competitor awareness
- Provide a proactive professional telephone handling service for both internal and external contacts, including clients and colleagues
- Interest in forging a career in a fast-paced Sales environment.
- Ambitious with a willingness to learn and progress.
- 1+ Years sales experience
- Ability to upsell and maximise revenue potential
- Strong closing and rapport building skills
- A degree of telesales experience preferred but not essential
