**Who are we looking for?**

We are looking for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team based in Gloucester. Working in this role you will be responsible for the delivery of a high-quality ground’s maintenance service to our clients. You will undertake a range of activities from grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, flower bed maintenance, and much more. The total working hours for this role is 40 per week and the role is a permanent contract.

**Are you who we are looking for?**
- Experience in grounds maintenance / horticulture / gardening
- Capable of working safely using a range of equipment and hand tools (e.g., strimmer’s, backpack blowers, push mowers etc.)
- Experience in working in a busy team and providing a high-quality service
- Must be physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Experience of Initial marking and over marking of sports pitches
- Hold a Full, valid UK Driving License
