Groundworks Foreman/woman

**Job title: Groundworks Foreman**

**Day Rate: £190 - £230 per day**

**Location: Edgeware**

O’Neill and Brennan have an immediate requirement for a full time, Groundworks Foreman on a road resurfacing project for around 4 months in the Edgeware area. Our client is looking for someone with an old school approach, who is happy to get stuck in and has experience overseeing both ground and brickworks.

As Groundworks Foreman your duties will include
- Manage and Laise with Ground worker on daily basis resurfacing a live road
- Ensuring Highway specification is adhered too.
- Calling in Highways for Key stage Inspections
- Ensuring Health and Safety in kept to good standard with a good proactive hands on attitude ( understanding of Traffic management is Key )

**The Groundworks Foreman will be/have**:

- First Aid & SMSTS
- CSCS card
- First Aid at work
- Very Strong Communication Skills Daily Briefings and liaising with Logistic / Site Team
- Good at planning works and marking up drawings.
- a good understanding of Drainage and Services
- Able to Read Drawings
- Able to Manage QA For works Photos etc

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: £190.00-£230.00 per day
