Junior Estimator

We are currently looking to add to our Estimating Team, with the opportunity arising for a Junior Estimator to join a busy department and learn the companies Tendering processes from Tender Bid to securing contracts.

This role would suit an individual who is looking to pursue a career in the construction industry, who will be given the opportunity to learn and develop the skill set to analyse and understand construction drawings ,take off and produce Bills of Quantities and work with computers on some of the latest CAD based software.

The role will involve working as part of a team and independently and the right applicant will be offered further education on a day release basis to give them the opportunity for further education whilst working.

**Requirements**:

- Interest in the construction industry
- Excellent Application to learn and develop new skills
- Manage own time and prioritise
- Wiling to work with Computers and learning CAD based software
- Working both individually and part of a team
- Have and develop good communication skills.
- Have Excellent numerical skill
- Organised and methodical.
- GCSE’s in Maths and English and IT

**Salary**: From £18,000.00 per year
