The Principal Tasks required in this role are:

- Ensure that all pallets are stacked to their required configuration within product quality and safety specifications.
- Utilise floor space through using designated areas for Hold, ADA and W.I.P. pallets.
- Liaise with Warehouse for required consumables.
- Ensure that all resources are controlled efficiently for the achieving of daily activities and standards.
- Recording and sending Despatch Report (at the required time).
- Ordering of designated customer trailers (ASDA/JS).
- Weekly part pallet counts (adhering to the customer part pallet guidelines).
- Monitor performance and identify areas for improvement in agreement with the Warehouse Manager.
- Maintain good manufacturing standards of Health & Safety, Quality Assurance and working environment.
- Train/Lead your team through using Best Operator Practice manuals so that operators have the knowledge and skills to competently perform to the standards required.
- Action any other reasonable requests from Warehouse Manager.

**Salary**: £11.96-£13.74 per hour (Grade banded rates) equivalent to £21,767 - £25,000 annual
