This is an exciting opportunity for someone with an interest in education & sales, looking for a management trainee role.

We are an international maths tutoring organisation that is rapidly expanding across the UK. Due to our expansion we are seeking ambitious individuals who have the drive and determination to become centre managers.

We know that the best centre managers learn the business from the ground up. Therefore you will learn all aspects of the business, from teaching students and managing the instructional team, to developing the marketing and sales for the centre. At each stage you will be guided by the centre director and once you’ve demonstrated your ability we will train you up to increasingly higher levels of management within the centre. Each stage of progression is supported by our world class training that covers operations, management, finance, sales and marketing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Learn and administer Mathnasium methodology with confidence and energy
- Ensure continued student motivation, progression and mastery
- Meet sales and retention KPI’s
- Lead the instructional team
- Execute superior customer service
- Professionally interact with students and parents
- Communicate student progress to line manager

**Person Specification**

**Essential**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for working with students
- Ability to professionally interact with students and parents
- Energetic, fun and confident personality

Preferred:

- Previous sales experience
- Previous management experience
- Previous educational or tutoring experience
- Strong maths skills

The core hours are 11:00am-7:00pm Monday-Thursday, 9:00am-2:00pm Saturday.
