We urgently require a full-time pastoral support officers for an all boys SEMH provision based near Stechford.

We are looking for someone with an understanding of behaviours and mental heath issues, and someone of an empathic yet resilient nature. The successful applicant will need to be calm, approachable, friendly and be able to create a warm and welcoming environment for the students to achieve in.

**The position is 5 full days a week from 8.45am, term time only**
- Have previously worked in a SEN behaviour support unit in particular - SEMH
- Be able to monitor, manager and record behaviours
- Be confident investigating behaviour issues/incidents and to provide support
- Be actively involved in playtime and lunchtime supervision
