Carpenters Mate

JH Building Services Ltd are an expanding and reputable company specialising in extending and improving homes. This includes extensions, loft conversions, and bespoke new builds (generally within a 30 miles radius of Crawley).

We are looking for a Carpenter Mate to join our expanding team.

Must have own tools and transport, along with experience as follows:

- Carpentry - 2 years plus experience and to include:

- General Building knowledge.
- Flat, Pitch and Lean-to Roofing including Faceas and Soffits knowledge
- Working knowledge of 1st fix and 2nd fix carpentry to include: studwork, plasterboarding, door hanging, skirting and architrave
- Flexible and reliable approach to work, with good communication skills.
- Practical and problem solving skills.
- Strong work ethic with ability to use own initiative with mínimal supervision.
- Driving License essential, own transport and tools required.
- Rates are negotiable according to aptitude & experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £100.00-£150.00 per day

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
