Supporting the Design Director, you will lead on a range of high-end luxury projects whilst also providing leadership and guidance to a small team of more junior Interior Designers and Interior Architects, collectively producing outstanding and award-winninginterior design projects for a broad range of discerning clients across the UK and further afield.

You will be required to have face to face meetings with clients, suppliers, and contractors throughout the interior design process, from presenting initial concepts and overseeing the entire design process right through to our installation service. For thisreason it is an essential requirement to demonstrate a high-level of creative skills and a strong ability to curate FF&E as well as fluency in Auto-CAD and developing technical drawing packages - you will be an 'all-rounder’. You will have excellent communicationand organisational skills which will allow you to inspire clients and colleagues.

Extensive experience within the luxury interiors industry is a must for this role, you will preferably demonstrate that you have a strong residential design background.

It is vital that you are a strong conceptual designer who can translate and communicate ideas effectively through strong technical visuals including; hand-sketches, drawing packs, layouts, internal sections, elevations and joinery detailing. You will havean eye for colour and texture with an exacting attention to detail. You will not be afraid to push the boundaries in luxury design with a modern and contemporary approach.

You must recognise the importance of delivering a high-end bespoke service to our clients, experience of working with HNW individuals within a design context would be beneficial.

We are a studio-centric company recognising the value in teamwork and collaboration to enhance the learning and cohesion of a project.

This will be a full-time permanent position, working between Monday and Friday, 9am-5pm from our beautiful studio in Bawtry.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
Qualified to degree or equivalent level/experience within Interior Design or Architecture to a 2:1 standard or above.

Highly proficient in working with AutoCad & Adobe Suites.

Proficient in producing technical drawings.

High-level ability to communicate and a natural ability to lead others, demonstrating confidence in pitching an idea, and also being able to handle difficult conversations with tactfulness and grace.

Strong industry relevant commercial awareness and ideally have experience and confidence with negotiating fees.

Proficient in working with Estimac or similar project management software.

Proficient in working with Apple Mac systems.

Full UK drivers licence with access to own vehicle.

Have at least 5 years post-qualification experience within the residential sector of Interior Design and Architecture and have held a middleweight position for a minimum of 2 years.
