Due to new partnerships, exciting opportunities have arisen for a Workflow Coordinator for Carmarthenshire, Wales.

As Workflow Coordinator, you will be an essential member of our Operations team and will be working closely with the Workflow manager to keep all on site operations moving swiftly and safely whilst planning for future works.

You must be a resident in the UK at the time of this advertisement and hold necessary paperwork to prove this.

As Workflow Coordinator you will be responsible for:

- Planning and co-ordination of work packs for 30 - 40 gangs. balancing the operational needs between planned, phased and urgent required works.
- Keeping internal and client systems updated and in line with our planned and ongoing works.
- Liaising with and coordinating information from other departments to keep operations running smoothly.
- Monitoring progress of planned works and productivity levels to ensure timely completion of works and continued workload for gangs.
- Uploading weekly/daily measures into an external system
- Uploading files into an external system.
- Scheduling teams into external system.
- Collating data from the previous day accurately for the client.
- Taking calls for technical support.
- Conforming with all company policies.

**Experience and Requirements**
- Good excel skills.
- Strong communication skills written &Verbal.
- Proactive and forward thinking.
- Able to work confidently under pressure, with tight turnaround times and often conflicting priorities and sporadic changes.
