Material Handler

**Manpower are pleased to be recruiting Material Handlers to join our client on an immediate start.**

**Purpose & scope**

To ensure raw materials, WIP and finished product is moved safely, and in a controlled manner within the production areas and around the site.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Working in line with Company health and safety procedures and practices
- Operation of powered counterbalance forklift trucks, overhead cranes and other material handling equipment
- Movement of raw materials, WIP and finished product into dedicated locations
- Maintain a supply of raw materials and WIP within the production areas, into material locations or onto machines as required to support production flow
- Movement of products and materials between the Shops
- Loading of finished product onto transportation
- As required maintaining / transaction material movements in the computerised ERP system to ensure accurate stock control

**Working hours**
- Rotating days and nights. Rotate every 2 weeks.

Day shift: Monday to Thursday 07:00-17:30 Friday 07:00-13:00

Night shift: Monday to Thursday 06:30-18:30
