**Warehouse Team Leader (Nights)**
**Salary: Circa £32k**

**About Our Client**

This is an excellent Despatch Team Leader opportunity within a large and incredibly well respected fresh produce business.

**About the Job**

Ultimately you will be responsible for ensuring all customer orders are despatched on time, in full and in accordance with H&S procedures. You will supervise and lead the Dock and Picking team to ensure work is carried out efficiently and accurately with any potential issues highlighted to your manager and colleagues. It is essential you communicate effectively with hauliers to book transport and update customer websites as and when required.

This is a superb and unique opportunity for an ambitious professional who wants to work hard, develop their career with a growing business and wants promotion and progression.

You will be a flexible, adaptable and hardworking individual with excellent attention to detail. It is vital you have despatch and warehousing experience from the fresh produce or food industry. You will have strong organisational skills with an innate ability to anticipate potential problems.
