We have partnered with the largest Life Insurance broker in the UK who are looking for Sales Consultants in their Southampton office due to further growth. To be considered for this position you will have experienced working in a fast-paced, targeted sales environment - ideally within a consultative sales process in either a b2b or b2c environment where you have also demonstrated the ability to close deals.

In this role, you will be part of an experienced team of life insurance sales consultants where you will take up to 14 leads per day and make outbound calls to a warm database of clients, with the objection of providing a range of suitable products on a non-advised basis.

If you’re stuck in a business where your progression opportunities are limited then keep reading, as this company only recruits for managers from within their current teams - with sales promotions achieved when full targets are hit for 3 months in a row.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for delivering good customer outcomes that are consistent with Consumer Duty

Conduct a robust fact find with each client, ensuring the correct product is presented

Offer a range of products that are suitable for the clients and their budget

Work towards and ultimately achieve the targets set by the line manager

Use questioning and listening skills when understanding the customer’s needs

Utilise the calling technology provided, with a minimum of 4 hours call requirement per day

You do not need to have had experience working within Insurance, as there is a full training programme that will teach you thoroughly all you need to know - with ongoing support to help you perform to your best capabilities.
