Rockstar Games is on the lookout for a talented SaaS Administrator, with proven experience of managing an enterprise SaaS portfolio. This is a full-time, permanent and in-office position based in Rockstar's state-of-the-art game development studio in Edinburgh, Scotland.

**WHAT WE DO**:

- We deliver global IT systems infrastructure to the development teams.
- We maintain our infrastructure to the highest standard, with an emphasis on preventative actions rather than reactive.
- We constantly review our processes with the aim of automating wherever possible.
- We are a team spread across 3 continents, that work closely together, to achieve our goals to a high standard, always.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Collaborate with IT and Security teams to maintain SaaS governance and best practice.
- Leverage project management workflows to plan and execute SaaS related projects.
- Collaborate with vendors to track support incidents, product updates and enterprise feature requests.
- SSO administration.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- A minimum of 5+ years' experience in the IT industry.
- A minimum of 2+ years' experience in SaaS administration.
- Industry standard qualifications MCSE/MCSA or industry equivalent are advantageous but not essential.

**SKILLS**:

- API querying and reporting.
- SCIM provisioning and license management.
- Experience using/supporting enterprise monitoring tools (Splunk etc).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work as part of a team or individually as required.
- Self-motivated and confident.
- Excellent documentation skills with high attention to detail.
- Experience with taking projects from planning through to completion.
- Ability to handle high pressure situations.
- Capacity to juggle a mixture of break-fix and project work, managing individual priorities and deadlines.
- Willingness to occasionally work flexible hours, or out of hours as required.

**PLUSES**:

- Microsoft 365 administration.
- Active Directory, Exchange Online, Group Policy and Intune Policy management.
- Exchange Server and Exchange Online.
- Windows endpoint management, compliance, and reporting.
- MDM administration e.g. Jamf.
- Administration experience with Atlassian stack (Confluence/Jira).
