**Position**:
To carry out all duties as required to fulfill the role to ensure targets are met or beaten. Making ready by loading plates, obtaining both good fit and colour on start-up using the closed loop colour and auto-registration system on press. Ensure you work in a safe productive manner always observing good safe practice. Supporting the No.1 at all times is essential.

**Requirements**:

- Control Manufacturing performance and hit set targets.
- Work within a team on shifts to produce high quality commercial print.
- To carry out your duties in order to control the housekeeping and maintenance on press/shift.
- Achieve all quality standards to ISO accreditations standards.
- Help to ensure all waste is segregated for correct disposal (Environmental & Security)
- Achieve a consistent high level of print quality throughout the production run & conduct quality control procedures.

In addition to the above, we may require you to carry out any other duties within your reasonable competence.
