Stapleford Flight Centre are looking for an experienced mechanic for the role of Aircraft Engineer to join our busy maintenance team. You will be working within a small team, reporting to and working closely with the Chief Engineer. Part of your duties will be to ensure that all aircraft checks and rectification work is carried out in a timely manner within the club's daily flying requirements.

**Main Duties**:

- You will carry out maintenance tasks with the applicable regulations, engineering procedures and approved technical documentation.
- Ensure all documentation required for certification & technical control are fully and correctly completed.
- Work well under pressure and act accordingly in a flexible way for different situations
- Deal with all customers, management and staff in a respectable and professional manner
- Technically competent
- Able to work as part of a team.
- **Essential Requirements**:

- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have level 5 and be proficient in English language, both spoken and written.
- Clean full driving license
- Have the right to work in the UK.

PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO THE LOCATION OF THE AIRFIELD - YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TRANSPORT TO REACH THE AIRFIELD. NO PUBLIC TRANSPORT IS AVAILABLE.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £23,396.00-£35,000.00 per year
